You acknowledge that all goods ordered through this website are intended for personal and domestic use only.

BossaModa will not hold liability for the incorrect supply of order details, unauthorized use of account or other account misuse that might cause you any loss or damage.
BossaModa, in its discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason at any time.
All orders are subject to availability of the goods and validation of the order price.
We may send you an acknowledgment of your order with details of your purchase which does not constitute the confirmation of order.
If you would like to make changes to your prospective order, you must do it so before submitting it to the site.

BossaModa’s merchandise comes from overseas and as such, they are subjected to fluctuation in the cost of the goods itself, in the services involved in the operation, in taxes, among other costs. It means all prices advertised are subject to change.
Price is non-inclusive of the delivery fee unless otherwise stated.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars unless you use the currency converter option on the website menu; in this case, the price will be shown in the currency of your choice. However, you will still be charged in Australian Dollars and that price shown in the currency of your preference may vary as your financial institution would charge you the exchange rate and associated fees.
You shall pay for the product at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit or debit card details acceptable by Paypal, with sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product in full, as we request to get full cleared funds in order to process your order.
When placing your order, you may choose to make the payment to us through Afterpay or Zippay instead. These payment methods allow you to split the payment in installments. You will find their Terms and Conditions here and here.
As part of our acceptance procedure, the price of your order will need to be validated by us. If the price for the order changes before we process your order, we will ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the amended price.
You agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law in paying or attempting to pay for the goods.
International order may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs charges upon arrival on destination country. It’s the recipient’s responsibility to pay these charges. You can use the import duty calculator here to see whether this applies to you. BossaModa is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties.
PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We do not provide ‘return labels’. Customers must return their items for store credit or exchange at their own expense.
All orders of over AU100 will be free of charge for standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand.
Orders from outside Australia and New Zealand will incur a delivery cost. It will be shown as a delivery fee and added to the price of the product, increasing the final price to be paid.
If you live outside Australia, please check if deliveries are available to you.
Products will be delivered to the provided address. It’s your responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate. BossaModa will not hold liability for the incorrect given order details.
The time indicated by us when placing or confirming your order it is just an estimate; we cannot guarantee that delivery will happen in an exact date and we won’t be responsible for any lag that may occur from postal delays.
We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses that arise due to late delivery.
At the time of placing your order, you may decide you will not be able to sign for its receipt and want to grant us an “authority to leave”. To give us this authority, please fill in the information within the notes field when placing your order. If you do this, you agree that this authority gives us and or any delivery party permission to leave the parcel unattended at the nominated address. No signature will be received. This relieves us and the delivering party from all responsibilities and liabilities, which will be passed onto you on delivery.
If at the time of placing your order a signature on the delivery box is displayed, which may or may not incur an extra fee to your delivery fee, and you choose not to click this box you are automatically granting us an “authority to leave”. No signature will be received. This relieves us and the delivering party from all responsibilities and liabilities, which will be passed onto you on delivery as already explained above.
Upon receipt of the product, it becomes your property and we will not be subsequently liable for any loss or damage to the product.
Please take care when opening the parcel, particularly if using any sharp implements, to avoid damage to the product.
If we cannot deliver to your address, we will inform you using the details you have supplied and ask for an alternative address or arrange to cancel the order.
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days after its delivery.
Due to hygiene regulations, bodysuits and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Products to be exchanged or returned must be sent back to us via post at your expense.
To return or exchange a product, you need to ensure:
the tag is still attached to the garment(s) and that the items have been unworn and unwashed;
the items need to be returned in the exact condition they were delivered.
the items have not been damaged in any way, including stained with makeup or deodorant;
the items have not been subject to any attempt at modification or repair.
we reserve the right to reject a repair, refund or exchange request if we judge you breached one or more of above guidelines. In this case, we will contact you and ask whether you would like to have the product returned to you in its current condition by paying for a return shipping cost.
We will refund returned item(s) through the same payment method you originally used to make the payment to us.
If you want to exchange an item, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will give you a store credit.
If for some reason a refund is due it will be refunded through the same method that you originally used to make the payment to us.
Exchange refund will be issued in the form of store credit and it will be valid for three (03) months from the date of issue.
Refunds or store credit will be at the price paid for the item(s) excluding shipping costs.
Original postage costs won’t be refunded unless the product was faulty.
If you identify you have received a faulty product, you must act on this within 14 days after its delivery, notifying us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing us with order number, delivery note number and details on how the product is damaged or defective.
We may ask for further assistance and detail to determine if the item was indeed faulty. We may organize a return for this faulty product in order to be inspected and you agree to keep the product in its current condition available for us for this inspection.
At the time of the receipt of the product and depending on the result of the inspection, we might either replace the item when available, provide a refund, exchange, issue a credit note or repair the product.
In order to provide you with a remedy for a faulty product the following must apply:
The item(s) must have been unworn and unwashed,
The tag must be still attached to the item(s)
The items must be returned in the exact condition they were delivered and must not have been damaged in any way, including no attempt to modify or repair.
You may use gift vouchers or coupons as payment or part of payment for certain products on the website.
Please note that, notwithstanding anything else in these Terms and Conditions, gift vouchers and coupons cannot be used as a form of payment on certain products which will be identified as such in the written description given of those products.
We may email gift vouchers to you or to someone who you indicated as the recipient. We accept no liability for errors in the email address of the voucher recipient.
If you have a gift voucher, it can be used by someone other than you and you can assign your rights to use that voucher.
In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with a gift voucher purchase or redemption of that voucher on the site, we are entitled to close your account and/or require a different means of payment.
We assume no liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of gift vouchers or coupons.
Conditions for the redemption of gift vouchers:
You may purchase gift vouchers for use on the site by you or other customers. Gift vouchers will be sent by email.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to buy further gift vouchers.
The credit of a gift voucher does not accrue interest nor does it have a cash value.
If the value of your purchase is less than the gift voucher credit, the difference will be available as balance for future purchases. To use the remaining amount, please enter the same code on the next purchase.
If the credit of a gift voucher is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment by other means other than another gift voucher or promotional offer.
Please note that only one gift voucher can be used per order, and that gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including but not limited to, sales and other promotions).
Note that vouchers are applied to invoices as a whole. Accordingly, in circumstances where multiple items are purchased using a voucher and one or more items is returned, the discount is applied on a pro rata basis to each item for the purpose of establishing refund values. For the avoidance of doubt, gift vouchers or coupons cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash.
